Q: How do I book Photo Infinity for my wedding/event?
A: Contact us to check availability and confirm the date. All Wedding packages require a retainer of half the fee paid at the time of booking with the second half paid after completion of the wedding.

A: まずはお問い合わせください。
予約が埋まっていないか確認の上、撮影の日取りを決定いたします。
全てのウェディングプランにおいて、予約時に、予約金として、プラン料金の半額をお支払いいただきます。残りの半額は、結婚式(イベント)終了後にお支払いいただきます。
Q: 料金のお支払い方法を教えてください。
A: 銀行振込の他、PayPal による送金もご利用になれます。詳しくはお問い合わせください。
Q: How many images do you take?
A: All our plans feature unlimited image captures. The final cut is usually between 600-800 photos, but this is not set in stone. However, we always aim to keep 600 as the lowest possible cut.
Q: Do you shoot film or digital?
A: We shoot entirely digital. Advances in digital technology have created cameras which surpass the quality of 35mm film. Furthermore, shooting digitally allows us to save on the costs of film and processing and pass those savings along to our customers. The flexibility of digital processing also allows us to play with many more creative, and versatile options such as choosing between color and black & white, advanced retouching and easy online proofing.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Your deposit is refundable except for a ¥40,000 cancelation fee. There is no charge to reschedule if we have the date available.

A: 全プランにおいて、撮影カット数は無制限です。
最終的なカット数は、通例600～800カットになりますが、特に定めておりません。
但し、毎回、最低カット数として、600カットはキープ出来るよう努めております。

A: 全てデジタル撮影になります。

さらに、デジタル撮影により、フィルム代や現像代が不要になり、その分、お客様にも低価格でサービスをご提供出来ます。
融通の利くデジタル加工により、よりクリエイティブで多彩なオプション(例えば、フルカラー／モノクロの選択や、高度な修正、オンラインで簡単に仕上がりを見られる、など)を色々利用することも出来ます。
Q: キャンセル方法について教えてください。
A: キャンセル料4万円を差し引いた額を返金いたします。
